The recruitment process at Logicworks typically takes up to 4 weeks. It varies depending on the role you’re applying for but here’s what you can expect: Everyone who joins Logicworks spends 30 minutes talking to a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about our company, the role, and how your background and skills may fit. After this call, you will speak with the hiring manager specific to the position you applied for to gauge your technical and business acumen. If this calls go well, you will be invited onsite to meet with 3-4 team members to further assess your skills, your cultural fit, and answer any outstanding questions you may have.

Visa sponsorship in North America is considered on a case by case basis. It’s always best to talk with your Talent Acquisition Team representative at the start of the process.
